Registration Form can be downloaded here (one per family)
Waiver can be downloaded here (one per student entering grades 1-6)
Cost is $25 per student or $75 for three or more students.
Forms and payment can be dropped off at the Trinity Cluster office in Monona or placed in an envelope titled "Totus Tuus Registration" and put in the offertory basket at Mass.
No waiver or payment necessary for students entering grades 7-12.
