Anointing of the Sick

The sacrament of anointing of the sick is offered at the cluster Masses twice yearly during Advent and Lent.

This is a sacrament that shares God’s grace and other spiritual gifts to help in the healing of a person in time of physical illness or difficulty. If you have a sickness that is serious or life changing, such as a stroke, heart attack, diabetes or cancer; or you have chronic pain, such as migraines, depression, etc., you may consider getting anointed. In addition, anyone who has reached an age that changed their life – usually anyone over 65 years – can be anointed.

Please note that you may contact the cluster office anytime to set an appointment to be anointed prior to medical procedures or surgery.
